HERSCHEL F. MAGRACIA is the Managing Partner of the Firm. His practice focuses on litigation, taxation, maritime, and labor.

Mr. Magracia has a diversified legal practice having worked in various industries. Mr. Magracia served as a litigation lawyer in one of the country’s biggest financial institutions. He has also worked at Angara Abello Concepcion Regala and Cruz Law Offices (ACCRALAW) and the Manalo Law.

Prior to setting up this Firm, Mr. Magracia served as Director of the Enforcement Service of the Maritime Industry Authority (MARINA) and as Chief Legal of its STCW Office. He has extensive experience in corporate projects, acquisition, and due diligence works.

Mr. Magracia obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Santo Tomas in 2007, where he graduated cum laude and finished as the Valedictorian of his class. He was a Rector’s Awardee for Academic Excellence. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Central Philippine University in Iloilo City in 2002, where he graduated magna cum laude.  Mr. Magracia was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2008.
